To get the best image created, provide a detailed and clear prompt when using the text-to-image functionality of the Atelier. The more specific you are, the better the results. If you need guidance or help creating something special, don't hesitate to contact us.

If your prompt doesn't return the usual 4 images, it might have been rejected for not meeting our safety terms of use, some generated images might also contain unsafe content. In these cases, you'll receive a Dobloons refund. Let's get back to the editor and continue your creative journey!

It's simple! When you create a stunning design with our Atelier and it's purchased by another Dobler, you'll earn 5 Dobloons as the image creator, and the buyer also receives 10 Dobloons. This means your creativity not only shines in the Dobles gallery but also helps you use our text-to-image service at no cost. Keep crafting amazing images, and your artistry will pay off!

Dobles currently supports a range of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and debit cards. We're also actively exploring additional payment methods to provide you with more options for a seamless shopping experience. Stay tuned for updates on new payment methods in the near future!

There are several reasons why your credit card may not be accepted. We suggest you try the following: verify your credit card number and expiry date, confirm you are using your credit and not your debit card, and check that you haven't exceeded your transaction limit. If, after exploring these possible causes, your card is still not accepted, either use an alternate card or contact your financial institution.

Our apparel products are unisex and may run slightly larger, especially for women. We recommend selecting a smaller size if you are looking for a more fitted look.

You can track your order using the shipment link we provide via email when your order is shipped. Delivery times vary based on your location, and usually take about 3-8 working days. If you receive a "delivered" status but haven't received your order, please wait a few hours as it could be a tracking service error. If the issue persists, contact us.

Due to the high customization level, we can't refund orders for buyer's remorse. We accept dispute claims for misprinted, damaged or defective items. We also accept claims for lost packages.
